Heading to Paris, Flea that is……

It’s almost here, the sale I have been working my you know what off to get ready for.  I can almost feel a big sense of relief, almost!  I have my space fully stocked and decked out for the holidays.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the people who make Paris Flea Market work.  The consignors, the owner Susan Goodman, and the manager Lonae Swickard.  I have found the most amazing group of creative and talented women under one roof. When I “work”, it isn’t “working”.  It is a chance to meet and regreet our amazing customers.  And you are amazing!  A chance to share ideas with other creatives, and an opportunity to feel like I am part of a greater good.  An entire store dedicated to reusing and repurposing.  Finds from estate sales and other sources are reinvented to raise each piece to a new level of beauty.  And what better paint line to carry than 100% all natural CeCe Caldwell’s paints.

This is only my 2nd December at Paris Flea Market.  I went from a teeny wall, to a wall and a half, to the entire middle of our warehouse!  Here are some highlights from what will be available at my space.

Most pieces you see were finished with 100% natural CeCe Caldwell’s paints.  The mirror is Vermont Slate, the buffet is Vintage White, the little cabinet is Texas Prairie and the frame is Traverse City Cherry.  Amazing, the range of colors, and many of these pieces I painted right in my kitchen.  Easy clean up, no fumes, no worries.

Looking for hostess or teacher gifts?  Plenty to be found at Paris Flea Market.  Need some extra furniture for entertaining?  There are tons of beautiful choices.  Want to spruce up your decor for the holidays?  Find something no one else has here.

Do you need an extra serving cart?  This one is repurposed from an old factory cart.  The top is removable and sealed with a water protectant for easy clean up.  The Ice Bucket drops into the top to save counter space, and there is a drawer for storage.  The cart has a perfectly aged metal finish, the perfect patina for a (new/old) moveable buffet!  (I will share more on how I did this next week so stay tuned!)

If you live in the SF Bay Area, or the Central Valley, I hope you will make a trip over to Paris Flea Market to see us!

Happy Holidays.
